Following this, you will be sent a personalised training program for your next upcoming event (please book your appointment 2+ weeks prior to needing/wanting to start your training block). It also then includes ongoing check ins & program tweaks via email/message with me :)

Assessment - In person (30 min online call, 30 min face-to-face session to follow)

Either in person or online. Online - I need you to film yourself running (treadmill if possible + outside) and send to me to analyse. In person - at public track or oval etc subject to Bayside/South East Melbourne area.
Involves 30 min discussion around running background, goals, injury history etc. Then either analyse footage in call or organise a time to meet in person - for me to get some footage of you running. I'll give you some quick pointers on the day, then go away and analyse in more detail.
I'll then send you a very detailed report/breakdown of your technique, identifying potential injury risks & areas to improve performance.
I then suggest you book a running assessment follow up session - where we go through the treatment aspect (running drills, gym work etc) to address factors identified in assessment.
Price includes:
